Born in Oakland, California, District Missionary Consuela Elaine Butler has devoted her life to service—both in ministry and in healthcare. With over 21 years of faithful service at Living Word COGIC, she served diligently in various leadership roles, including Youth Department Leader and Women’s Department Leader, empowering generations through the Word of God.

She is a registered nurse with 22 years of professional experience, known for her compassionate care and dedication to healing in every form. Beyond her professional and ministerial calling, she is the proud mother of seven wonderful children, a role she cherishes as one of her greatest ministries.

Currently, she serves faithfully alongside her husband, Pastor Varrick Butler, at Faith Impact Church, where she continues to teach, lead, and inspire. Her heart’s desire is simple yet profound: to let her light shine so that the hurt, broken, and lost may find freedom through Christ.
